We love Astro Record Store and the Painted Porch Book Shop, something good happens every time we step foot in their beautiful building in downtown Bastrop, Texas.
For this event there will be a special bonus appearance from superstar DJ / producer Paul Oakenfold who will be auctioning off the records he will be spinning. The funds from the auction will go to support CAC!
Cool Molecule is donating the DJ equipment and lending some production support to the event.

VMWORLD 2018
with IBM, TONY HAWK AND RODNEY MULLEN
For our client IBM, we helped develop a skateboard-themed narrative and installation for VMWorld 2018 taking place August 26-30 in Las Vegas.
Our services included the booking of world-famous skateboarders Tony Hawk and Rodney Mullen for an IBM PRESENTS VMWORLD ‘BREAKOUT SESSION’.
We also curated a charitable ART EXHIBIT of 30 custom-painted skateboards by top illustrators, tattooists and contemporary artists. These boards will be auctioned off to support the Tony Hawk Foundation.
In addition we partnered with X-Games Sydney to create a sweepstakes to win a trip to X-Games Sydney!

BACH N’ BEATS
This is a first of its kind event for the Austin Symphony Orchestra. Cool Molecule Founder - Curse Mackey - is one of the featured electronic artists performing with the Austin Symphony Orchestra. In addition, we are producing the live recording of the orchestra and handled sourcing and securing the performance venue and necessary music equipment for the performing DJs.
